struggled my first time around with PMR ... and took 3 and half years to taper ... Six years later my PMR came back but ... which I think really helped me to taper ... off of prednisone in 1 and half years

with a rheumatologist who diagnosed PMR ... and prescribed 20 mg prednisone along ... me to listen to my body when I was tapering ... from 1 to 10 along with the dosage of prednisone ... 2 months then lowered the amount I tapered

through a similar problem with the taper ... pain but wasn't sure if it was PMR ... I continued the taper on down to 6 mg ... help in the process of getting off prednisone ... recommends 1 mg drop per month of prednisone
