I have also had internal tremors for almost 4 years now. Along my journey of trying...
have been diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy ... Some of my B vitamins came back low ... or low normal (B12, B1, B2, B9 in particular ... SFN can be caused by B12 deficiencies ... me not to absorb regular synthetic B

@bprather I am assuming you have a full neuropathy blood panel to check for vitamin deficiencies...
