@lindaadel I encourage you to suggest a biologic to your rheumatologist. I’m on a monthly infusion...
along with a daily dose of 5 mg of prednisone ... Next month I’m going to begin tapering ... off of the prednisone.

at 40 mg because I'm small, my taper ... has been -5 mg of prednisone every ... I was off it for a year, but relapsed ... round I did feel jumpy and trembly on prednisone
