The pain is also referring to my legs ... send pain, tighness signals to the legs ... on the right which caused my right leg ... told that the pain was caused by neck cramps ... left stab in the neck, pain in the foot

I too suffer from foot, toe and ankle cramps, and of course only at nite interrupting...
