I got official dx in April 2016, idiopathic ... they did EMG and test for autonomic neuropathy ... Idiopathic sensory motor small and large ... fiber neuropathy.

I also have idiopathic small fiber peripheral ... neuropathy and have had it over 30 ... I posted my neuropathy journey in another ... There are also many other neuropathy ... don't have any pain with your neuropathy
