This will only help if you are side ... sleeper .. put a pillow between your ... eventually if you tend to turn from one side ... My first pillow was a travel size pillow ... then flip it down when I turned on my side

I'm hearing pretty clear to listen to my body and not expect too much after surgery...

I’ll add you to my prayers for your surgery and recovery. My recovery was pretty good....
I had a body pillow to place in the ... incision side to protect from rolling ... I also had my legs elevated on a pillow ... sleep in my back as I’m normally a side ... sleeper.
