I, too, have reduced symptoms by eliminating gluten. I noticed also that pain and burning, zapping,...
burning, zapping, and odd miscellaneous sensations ... water rolling down limbs, or something crawling ... I still have neuropathy, and walking ... learned that I have become gluten sensitive

presented with a tingling/buzzing sensation ... experience that “heavy foot” and leg sensation ... the occasional nerve “zap” and the “crawling ... ” under the skin sensation. ... that there is little to do for the neuropathy
