There is so much conflicting info out there, it's really hard to know what to believe....
Neurologist said B6 can cause or exacerbate neuropathy ... to continue B12, which supposedly helps ... at 2100mg per day & still have pain ... my PM dose a few days ago & the pain ... was excruciating, so I think it helps
