@franklinlala Your friend is right - your taper plan seems very unrealistic for someone with PMR....

I am 71 and was diagnosed with PMR in ... I am very very slowly tapering at .5mg ... start to feel the bilateral pain from PMR ... If prednisone isn't helping with ... they have some success with treating PMR
