@pjjr My hip replacement choice was ... go up steep stairs - had immediate replacement ... with other ortho surgeries, hand and shoulder ... and can slow healing or prevent full recovery ... exactly what the sweet spot is for a replacement

I had my left shoulder replaced in August ... For recovery, I had to learn to sleep ... #39;m 71 and this is my fourth joint replacement ... The joint replacements have been miraculous ... tell you the joint will need to be replaced

that all ortho surgeries like joint replacements ... had both knees, right hip, and left shoulder ... replaced and I was back to the gym ... The shoulder took longer as it's ... months seems pretty good for fusion recovery
