Hi Chris, I did not have an ice machine, just the flat blue nylon and velcro...
I am a quiet sleeper so don't toss ... I used a bed wedge topped with one pillow ... out, I can sleep fully on the right side

Nan, I used to always be a stomach sleeper ... I find that sleeping on my side on two ... pillows works the best for me.
