I can’t add much, except that I had similar symptoms years ago when in my 40’s....
Much pain and muscle weakness, 2 frozen ... leg muscles, stubborn muscle knot in back ... etc. wrote that it appeared to be PMR ... Pain pills didn’t help nor muscle relaxers ... from long covid, but not like the PMR

I can relate to much of it ... I was diagnosed with ax-SpA about 35 years...
PMR diagnosed over 15 years ago --- ... I switched back to Actemra --- good ... I was put back on Humira and prednisone ... As long as the pain is tolerable ... ... why cause more pain?
