#39;m not sure I've dealt with PMR ... I was back on 20 mg of prednisone and ... sometimes push through with a little pain ... My first bout with PMR I gained a lot ... weight gain to between 5 and 10 pounds back

I noticed in all the very good advice you have received that no one mentioned that...
impatience, however, I am willing to go back ... careful not to attribute every discomfit/pain ... to PMR or tapering too fast.

alike & where do you stand of the 1-10 pain ... After almost 2 years dealing with PMR ... go lower only to find myself going back
