think it's a side effect of the prednisone ... read a very "deep" medical paper ... that mentioned that some long term prednisone ... Prednisone is the only thing that gives ... normal life while we go through this PMR

Many people who frequent another forum would say going from 7.5 mg to 5 mg was...
increase your dose for any hint of PMR ... Those people can never seem to taper ... that they have been diagnosed with PMR ... for PMR for more than 12 years. ... All of the various ways of tapering

was the power of suggestion but I tapered ... After 3 months I tapered by 1 mg per ... I needed to stop my taper at 3 mg for ... and a low cortisol level can mimic PMR ... flares" which may or may not be PMR
