few weeks the doctor upped my dosage back ... to 10 mlg calmed the pain down a bit ... 's not worth talking about the pain ... it's arthritis or related to pmr ... to endure I just want to be pain free

I don't know how I missed this thread. I have severe spinal stenosis and just returned...
long term use prednisone to treat PMR ... I was having a PMR flare in addition ... I still have flares of lower back pain ... the systemic inflammation caused by PMR ... my lower back.
