@dadcue since going off prednisone 9 months ago I have since stopped taking LDN and hydroxychloroquine....
I have virtually no pain and believe ... at the gym almost as well as before PMR ... The pain I was often feeling was actually ... dependent

interesting that active folks get this damn PMR ... in late March, 2025, also helped w/pain ... gotten down to 3 mgs of prednisone the pains ... are creeping back. ... Rheumy just said bump it back to 4 mg
