Thats a good question. But really depends on a lot of your particulars. Other auto immunes...
The risk is the pain and inflammation ... restart your PMR. ... See if tylenol or OTC helps with the pain ... You might have to go back to 1mg for

I finished taking Prednisone in early July after a slow taper of .25mg toward the end....
Wouldn't say that I'm back to ... where I was pre-PMR (some aches and ... pains that I'm sure weren't ... that it is worrisome when any arm pain ... I have plenty of Prednisone at the back
