Agree with all the above comments about being seronegative, and still have Sjogren’s. In my case...
I started monthly IVIG 5 months ago ... can work for a while and then they stop

No I still have the problems with my feet, hands and ribs, along with cardiac autonomic...
have the headache as of on day 3 that stopped ... first 5 days when you first start IVIG ... Loading dose is your first dose of IVIG
