don't have any experience with GCA ... have had 2 different flare ups of PMR ... I think fatigue can also be an indicator ... that you might find helpful:

You’re right; your situation does sound like PMR. May be worth at least setting an appointment...
right; your situation does sound like PMR ... There are other medications for PMR, ... PMR was either a slow burn, or he had ... affects seniors and their pain and fatigue ... -6 weeks and assessed properly for GCA
