PMR is not considered a muscle wasting ... A year of PMR and Covid lockdowns dropped ... I am PMR pain free. No steroids. ... If it helps, I saw on the evening news ... So that is what we have to look forward

There is an abundance of 'trial and error' when treating any medical condition. No two people...
No two people are the same so what works ... immune system is to "remember" what ... will "forget" anytime soon what ... Prednisone never helped my overall condition ... That is what "prednisone free'
