In regards to tinnitus, I too have it so long I don’t remember how or why...
the various bones in the ear and the face ... , it can help relieve sinus issues and ... facial exercises , and the extreme 24/7 pain ... I’ve been pain free for 4 hrs, and counting ... something that has relieved this severe pain
