skin biopsy showed I have small fiber neuropathy ... foot which is worst case scenario of neuropathy ... I am on Cymbalta and Gabapentin to help

First nuerologist ordered MRI of Brain which was normal. He said no followup was needed, turned...
order labs all normal, NCS he said had nueropathy ... He ordered Gabepentin and Cymbalta.
