do about 15 to 30 minutes of mild exercise ... a relatively inexpensive recumbent exercise ... bike / elliptical combination exercise ... elliptical to add more weight bearing exercise ... sleeping problem due to pain from the PMR

really too active but try to do a daily exercise ... routine with 30 minutes on my recumbent exercise ... 15 days for this second bout with PMR

I was diagnosed with PMR 1 year ago ... I am down to 5 mg/day I still have PMR ... this is stay positive & plenty of exercise ... walking & hit the gym as you do have to exercise ... on pred. maybe it is because of my exercise
