@harborside24 my specialist won’t entertain listening to anything new . She only wants to prescribe medication....

FYI, I watched a live video today with Irma Jennings from Bone Tribe interviewing a lady...
During the discussion REMs came up, ... Irma thought the REMS was better but ... her doctor told her to only get a REMS
