I was on Losartin (Cozaar) and Hydrochlorothiazide (Hydrodiurel) also. My calcium channel blocker was Amlodipine (Norvasc)....
these medications were started after PMR ... only on a short term basis before PMR ... couple of days followed by a fast taper ... After PMR was diagnosed, I was on Prednisone ... have been stopped when I was able to taper

dose for both of my occurrences of PMR ... doctor suspect GCA in addition to the PMR ... consider asking your doctor to prescribe prednisone ... That makes it much easier when tapering ... with my blood pressure meds and my PMR

This isn't a recommendation of anyone in particular but this place has several rheumatologists to choose...
a very long time and you can't taper ... off Prednisone, a rheumatologist at ... I was officially diagnosed with PMR ... novel therapy, it took me a year to taper ... off Prednisone.
