@jackkdh I would encourage you to look at physical therapy with myofascial release work. I see...
with legs stretched out, this causes pain ... tight psoas too which can cause some sciatic ... pain for me. ... spine issues with a bulging lumbar disc ... herniation, check the psoas first.&

Hi. By doing a Google search, I found this group. I had a Roux-N-Y in 2001....
September 2016 I was diagnosed with 4 herniated ... discs (L3-S1) and was put on Vicodin ... I have seen every pain doctor imaginable ... , pain clinic, epidurals, surgeons ( ... I don't have sciatica - so no surgery
