Completing the 3-week Pain Rehabilitation Center (PRC) program is a rewarding achievement, with 92 % of graduates reporting an improvement in quality-of-life.   However, graduation day is the starting line, not the finish line. Maintaining the changes made during the 3-week program requires ongoing commitment.  PRC offers many avenues of support for graduates to assist with questions, transitions, stressors and goals as they navigate through life after the program.

PRC Graduate Resources

  1. Program manuals and written resources.
  2. Access to PRC staff via portal communication for questions and support.
  3. Weekly group Zoom meeting with a Pain Psychologist.
  4. On campus group meetings with Pain Psychology, therapy and nursing staff, 6 times per year offered to graduates and their families. Includes a group lecture and Q & A.
  5. In-person PRC one-week refresher group offered 6 times per year.
  6. Individual OT and PT outpatient appointments on a case-by-case basis.
  7. Peer support via a graduate led Facebook Group exclusive to PRC graduates.
