Sep 14, 2016 · Achalasia of esophagus with reflux in Digestive Health

Your statement — “the alkaline acid in lemons neutralizes the stomach acid” — has caught my attention, for it defeats science. If it works, are there explainable reasons behind it? Just would like to know since I too have an imbalanced pH.

Thanks for Steves Fowkes video. (Wish he had spoken louder.)

May 22, 2016 · HRCT in Lung Health

I have been told by two pulmonologists that HRCT is not immediately necessary, but that it is the next logical step in my diagnosis and treatment. I have been wondering whether I should go ahead with it. My doctors have not even told me whether my fibrosis is idiopathic or have a specific cause. Will HRCt help them determine which type it is?

May 16, 2016 · Do pulmonologists endorse yogic breathing for lung diseases? in Lung Health

Hi Jms7. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am from Kathmandu and, like I said in my earlier post, I have been practicing the breathing pranayam exercises plus some yoga posters for four years or so. I do plan to continue practicing these and other postures. I really wanted to understand the effects of yoga on my body: not just the act helping blood circulation and oxygenation of blood, but the effect of the inner vibration as when doing bhramari.
Keep me posted.
