I want to add that diet makes a difference… sweets can promote big ‘let downs’ adding to the fatigue…just a thought.

I believe what you are going through is a very normal reaction… Fatigue can sometimes be the MIND’s only way of coping…I am not saying you are doing anything ‘wrong’… but you might work on convincing yourself that you ARE alright and this will pass… it may take awhile…but as much as you possibly can…do not CONCENTRATE on the tiredness. I know its easier said than done….but I promise you it CAN be done… I have gone through this myself… such dead tiredness that it almost p[panicked me IF I would have had the energy to panic! 🙂
I am sure the mental stress of receiving a diagnosis was far more draining to you than you gave it credit for…and extreme fatigue could easily have been the result…
Sometimes I use the HemiSync or BrainSync guided meditation tapes to help me through these periods… they help! Best wishes to you.
Hi there, how are you doing? I hope your were able to go get checked out and that all is well. Will you let us know? Take good care!.
You might consider Teri15’s suggestion and ask your pharacist (dr) about Cymbalta… sometimes you just need all the help you can get! 🙂 It’s not as if you have to ‘stay on’ any other meds forever… Your state of mind has a direct bearing on how you feel physically… this is why I suggested the healing tapes to help relax and soothe you. I hope your day is a good one, Trouse.
Magnesium malate is a supplement … its a specialized form of magnesium that helps to reduce pain in muscles and relax them. Ordinary magnesium (several varieties) don’t address this pain/relaxation problem in the same way. I could only hope it would help you, trouse. I’m so sorry for what you are going through.
