From the symptoms your describing, it sounds like a form of Depression. talk to your primary physician and let him decide. I have recently suffered from some of the same symptoms, and started having seizures, and mine was caused by stress, and depression.

Since having seizures in August, I have also suffered from memory loss, the Doctors think it may have been the seizure medication that I was taking, But I have recently been diagnosed with pseudoseizures, and I have been taken off of all seizure medications, that was 2 weeks ago, and I am still suffering from memory loss. can anyone relate?

Oct 17, 2011 · I went to work at 5:00 pm on the evening of August in Just Want to Talk

I went to work at 5:00 pm on the evening of August 14th, I was put on insulin 2 days prior to that because I was told by my primary Physician that my A1c test showed that I was a Type 1 Diabetic instead of a type 2 so I had started taking insulin on wednesday Aug 12, 2011 I was taking 1 shot in the morning and then 3 shots usung the insulin slide scale before meals. So on August 14th, 2011 I had reported to work, and told 2 of my co-workers that I wasn’t feeling well and that I had been placed on insulin and I didn’t know if it was low or not, and they told me to sit down and they would contact the nurse, and thats the last thing I remember, the next thing I remember was waking up in a strange place, I could tell enough that I was in a Hospital, but it didn’t look like our local Hospital, My hands were tied to the bed, I had a breathing tube breathing for me, I was cathiterized and scared to death. Finally a nurse came in and told me that I had gave everyone a scare last night. Come to find out I had been unconscious for about 15 hours and that I had been moved from our local Hospital, to Savannah Memorial Hospital which is about 3.5 hours away. My wife told me that I coded in the ambulance on the way from my job, to the hospital, and then I had went into Respitory failure while at the hospital, and had to be put on a breathing machine. she also said that I had started having seizures at work, and had 3 in the ambulance on the wayto the Hospital a nd the last seizure I had in the Ambulance caused me to Code. after arriving at the Hospital, I was having seizure after seizure so they had to give me Valume to try to stop the seizures and thats when I went into Respitory failure. and was shipped to Savannah because they could not find anything on the tests that they had done. while in Savannah they ran all kinds of tests, and could not find anything wrong. And after a week I was sent home on friday, With Kepra for seizures, my seizures continued and I still have no answers s to whats causing them, and I have lost all memory of places, close friends, and some close family. I can’t remember where I work, or how to drive, I have no sence of diections, I can tell time, I can do laundry, with no problems, I’ve just learned to operate our microwave, and have learned how to operate the stove to cook my breakfast (oatmeal)
in the mornings. I do not like to be around people, because I don’t no anyone, Im real nervous at times, I have both my finger and thumb raw at times where I sit and rub them together due to being jittery. I have an appointment with A Neuro, Specialist at Mayo clinic on October 20th, 2011 and he deals with Memory loss.
I have been diagnosed with Psudoseizures, And have been placed on 2 antidepressants. they say that I was under stress and thats what caused my seizures.
