Okay. I'll try to learn how it works.

I am a transplant patient too and I too am interested in how you came to be in the hospital. I was in the hospital at Mayo for 6 months after my transplant with complications. Let me know about your transplant experience( all of you in this conversation.)
It makes me glad that my Dad, who can't hear very well, will let me know when he can't hear me. He feels comfortable doing this at home around family. Then my brother or Mom will repeat what I say because he can understand them better. I often use hand motions to help him understand. For some reason, some voices he can hear better than others.
I mean Thanks Hopeful.
Sometimes I don't make it 3 times a week and it's okay. Try to the next week. I'm thankful I can exercise as there are many blessings in doing so.
I love to swim. It's my favorite exercise all year around. I've made it a priority in my life. I drive 40 min round trip in the summer and 1 hour during the rest of the year in order to get to a pool. I try to swim 3 or 4 times per week and swim at least a half hour per time. I'm trying to build up to swimming an hour. It's very soothing and steady. I pray for people as I swim. One person per lap. It helps me count my laps as I plan who I want to pray for each time I go swimming.
Thanks for asking.
