After clearance from your doc you will want to start slow and steady…an organized class would be great ….. if not , any exercise that increases blood flow is good.. no specific one….best of luck👍

We have a great evidence based program in Michigan called "Matter of Balance" that you might check out. Also, a great exercise for strength , fatigue and balance is the rowing ergometer. Ask your doctor and a local trainer about it.

chemo brain is a horrible thing but getting up and moving can be a powerful treatment…if you don't have a personal trainer, look into a class

My exercise varied but I have a masters in exercise physiology so I come from a different angle than most. Essentially I attempted to keep up a l routine of rowing, biking, and/or jogging. The intensity varied, of course, but the schedule stayed pretty consistent. And the research now shows how important it is. I tried to personally train local cancer patients but met no success so am considering social media instead. This site is my first attempt.
