Could be what you ate the night before. Do you eat before bed or drink before bed? Sometimes that can cause stomach aches. But yes it could be stress or anxiety those things really can affect your body in a negative way

Sorry I haven't really been active I have been pretty sick and was in the hospital for 5 days. They believe I have gastroparesis so now I have to go through the testing for that. Some days are better than others but most days are not very good. I am right now just trying to keep my weight stable as I have lost over 35 pounds now. How are you doing? I am hoping you are doing better!
Feb 21, 2019 · Chronic Right-Side Abdominal/Back Gallbladder Pain in Digestive Health
Have you had your gallbladder checked? I was having similar issues anything I ate caused me extreme pain they sound that I had sludge in my gallbladder and took it out. Now inhave different pain still after I eat but more of a cramping pain now and not in the right upper quadrant. I would ask for a HIDA scan so they can check the function of your gallbladder. I am sorry you are having these issues I am as well so I understand all the pain and the feeling of hopelessness I am also having these feelings.
Does the marajana help with the pain or just relax it a little? I wish I knew what to do for the pain seeing as the doctors will not give me pain medicine
I have been having pretty bad issues lately where I have been severely Ill. I have had to go to the ER twice in a week this week because I have been so sick and as usual they don't help very much so I was sent home still with no answers and feeling just as sick as I have been. I have an appointment with a GI doctor on Monday so I just have to make it through the week but every day seems to worse than the day before.
I have been on a PPI since December and I found that when I take it I begin to get a sensation of a lump in my throat when I swallow. This only happens after I take the PPI and it goes away while I sleep over night. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you get rid of it? It always feels like something is stuck in my throat and it makes swallowing hard but if I don't take it I get an awful burning in my chest.
I was also told the PPI would help with the burping but it has not helped with that at all because I am still burping all the time.
I went to the ER yet again because I was so sick and they just dismissed me. Gave me a bag of fluids some neasea medicine and sent me on my way. No one seems to think that this is a problem even though I lost another 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I have my GI consult on Monday so I am hoping he will help me
I have the same issue, they out me on protonix but I also get the sensation of a lump in my throat when I swallow. Chest pain is also something I deal with I went to the ER twice because of the chest pain and getting light headed and feeling like I couldn't breath.
Hello everyone! Just before Christmas I went to the ER with extreme stomach pains, bloating, constant belching, and an inability to eat due to pain. The ER admitted me and said they thought it was my appendix. The day before Christmas eve I had surgery to remove my appendix but after getting off the pain medicine I noticed I was having the same symptoms and they were getting worse. I went to the ER 3 more times before I finally switched hospitals. The new hospital listened to me and did an ultrasound and found sludge in my gallbladder. I was told the sludge could have been causing my pain and they recommended it come out. So they performed the surgery and I went home the next day. I am now 8 days post op and I have been experiencing some really painful symptoms. At least twice a day I get these severe stomach cramps that have me balled up crying the medicine they sent me home with barely helps with the pain, I have been getting very lightheaded (when I stand up my vision goes in and out as does my hearing), I also get these stabbing pains throughout my abdomen and suffer from what I can only explain as constant stomach discomfort. Are these pains normal after surgery? Has anyone else experienced these symptoms? Does it get better? I am still not able to eat much because I get pain anytime I eat even if it's just a cracker. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Doctor gave me some medicine which caused me to have insomnia where I can't sleep and the medicine has made me more neasiated. It's been a rough couple of days not sure what the future holds but I have realized that unless your on deaths door no one cares
