I need to lose app. 30 lbs. I am 67 years old, have MS, Epilepsy,osteoporosis and asthma. I can get out and walk more and improve my eating habits. Currently, I may have only 1-2 meals a day. Often the meals are eggs, soup or yogurt. I could also drink more water. Any suggestions?
