Smiliie, you have my sincere thoughts in this time of stress. Remember that we can only change ourselves therefore trying to change or think about outcomes only harms you. If your sister returns home, it possible her husband may reach out to you for assistance with her medical needs as they become more difficult or when she passes. At that time you can see what you want to do. In the meantime, try and think of more pleasant times and going to some short term counseling might help you with your grief. The best to you and your family.

I have had the nerve ablation treatment, it worked for me, no more severe pain, pins and needles, heavy tightness. You are right about it being nerve damage, that’s exactly what my treating physician diagnosed the problem as. Diagnosed with CRPS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Good luck getting treatment.
I had just one TKR and was a slow healer. I too was in pain and had flexión issues, MUA, PT… I was NOT progressing until my 5th month and even then it was tough. I am now 14 months out and I can say that flexibility is great but it took time. I can walk with no problems or hint of a knee replacement except for the scar. Just keep at it.
