Jun 10, 2019 · Metastatic breast cancer, in bones: Trouble eating in Breast Cancer

Hi @baby99 Caner does suck. I was diagnosed with BC in June 2016, and MBC in the bones in September 2017. I was on Ibrance from 18 months. I did great on it. No major side effects. I just went off of it because I had more spread. But it gave me 18months of feeling good and keeping up with my 3 year old daughter. I have also tried Marijuana off and on for pain and stress. I don't have the GI issues you mention above, but it did work great for stress relief. . I do have a lot of pain though-tout on body so i take percocet everyday, and it works great for me. Best of luck on figuring it all out and what the right make of of drugs are for you.

Nov 25, 2018 · Side effect, loss of libido in Breast Cancer

Hi all, i dont see much on here about libido and sex. I was diagnosed over 2 years ago with stage 4 breast with mets to my lymph nodes and later to my spine. I am 39 years old. I did 16 rounds chemo, masectomy and 30 rounds of radiation. I had my ovaries removed. My cancer is er+ and pr +. I am now on anastrozole, ibrance, efferox, percocet and ambien. My husband has a very high sex drive, mine is gone. Has anyones been in this situation? Did your libido come back? How to deal with husband? I hurt all the time and dont even like veing touched, or want to touch him.
Oh yeah, and i work full time and have an almost 3 year old she was 5 months at my diogenes)
Any advice welcome. Thanks.

Oct 16, 2018 · Pregnancy testing before cancer treatment in Breast Cancer

Hi all. I was diagnosed with stage 4 er+ breast cancer at the age of 37. No family history.

Question. Did anyone here that is child bearing age and ability have a pregnancy test before starting chemotherapy?
I was not given one, and it ended badly. Trying to see what some standard of care practices are, especially as more young women are being diagnosed.

Hi @nancy2952 i have been on that exact mix since november 2017. For me totally doable. Lots aches, but stretching helps. I have insomnia too, but sleep meds also really help – either ambien or melatonin. I was diagnosed with BC june 2016, chemo, radiation, surgery. October 2017 saw it metastasized to my spine. Holding study since starting this mix of meds. I am 39 ueras old.
