I have read about Sjogrens and wonder if that is what I’m struggling with. Are symptoms of this auto immune disorder typically worse with higher.sugar intake? I’ll will ask to be referred later this week. Problem is with the NHS it can be upto 16 weeks to see a specialist

Would be nice if it didn’t take so long dealing with a the NHS, 3/4 month wait to see a specialist. I have been to ENT multiple times, immunology now waiting to see an endocrinologist :/

@nursemaven Hi, I would pay thousands to do that if it meant this would end, I don't know who to contact about getting several specialists to evaluate me

Sorry everyone, I haven't logged on since posting.
I still struggle daily with sinus pressure, post nasal drip and fatigue and currently have thrush again.
My findings are symptoms are alot worse with bad diet. I have had a CT scan wereby the ENT said he can only see inflammation with no known cause, he suggested allergies but i don't think so. I purchased a blood glucose reader but my blood glucose always remained in normal range, even after large sugary meals so I knocked it on the head and ditched the reader.
I'm still left baffled as to what is causing my struggle, I use steroid treatment everyday with pretty much no effect. I'm confident that after sugary snacks my sinus pressure is worse, I wen't to see an immunologist whom done a few allergy tests which all come back negative.
