Hi jmb. My lungs too sound good but I have bronchiectasis, a chronic inflammation of the small bronchial tubes with an underlying MAC infection. There’s lots of air in my lungs, just can’t get it in or out. Perhaps you might want to have that checked out. Your pulmonologist can point you in the right direction.

Hello Everyone. Happy to say I took short walks 4 days this week, and yesterday, while housebound due to Covid19 as we all are, discovered an in-house channel that provides 30 minutes of chair exercise programs daily. Perfect for me! The exercise program does get you moving and you feel more engaged and energetic. May finally get to that spot in the bedroom I’ve been wanted to straighten out! Stay safe and healthy.

So it’s week two, and my numbers are dismal! Total of 16.5 minutes walking. Since my surgery in December my energy levels are much lower than the past. A Wednesday doctor’s appointment had me exhausted on Thursday, and Friday was another day of a long appointment. So although I’m moving around, it’s not walking exercise as it should be. Not giving up….there’s always next week.

I’m feeling well but lack the previous energy I had prior to surgery. At 78 guess I can’t complain but find doing one “outing” like today’s appointment is it for the day. I’ve been blessed to have a treatment plan consisting only of a cancer med. I take anastroloze daily. Although it is stage 2 invasive lobular breast cancer, thank the good Lord that the pathology report read more like stage 1, resulting in no radiation or IV chemo. The medication side effects are daily, tired, headache, muscle and bone aches but so far manageable. Thanks for asking. And you? Barb
