I live in Florida.Yes, you have to get a dr who then sends a prescription to the state. It you go to https://mmuregistry.flhealth.gov you can find out exactly how it works. The Dr. that I use is at bernardcannabiscenter.com. I was just taking various pain meds. They did not help much. So far I am not getting that much help from weed but I am increasing the dose very slowly. Hope this helps.

Hazel, I have talked to my Dr. and he is changing what I am taking. I’m switching you to more THC product. The indica will help relax and sleep. Sativa is more stimulating. Recommend you get either an indica strain or a hybrid strain which has both sativa & indica properties. The hybrid combination may not make you as sleepy during the day.
So I will probably be able to get it by Monday. Will let you know how it works. Let’s hope it does.

I promised you all I would let you know when I got approved for Medical Marijuana. Judi and I did it. We then went down to Edgewater FL. and got two 500 mg bottles. $70 each. So we were suppose to start with 5 drops (each drop is a mg.) three times a day and slowly work up to 10 drops 3 times a day. Do the math. 16 days for $70. We are both at 5 drops 3 times a day and no relief. I sure hope it starts to ease our pain. Will Keep you posted.

Hello, I am Hoot a 78 year old male. I have ANCA-positive vasculitis, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Polyosteoarthritis. I have constant pain but not near what so many of you have. I was put on Methotrexate but could not handle the side effects. And then Azathioprine with the same result. I am currently trying to get approved for Medical Marijuana. and am currently taking CBD which has helped a lot. Someone on this list said they were taking Kratom and it helped. I looked it up and I am a little scared. Can anyone comment that is taking it and do they consider it safe.

Thanks,

Hoot
