Mar 7, 2019 · Smelling cancer! in Breast Cancer

I am a 2 year survivor, lumpectomy and 16 negative axillary nodes removed; The sentinel node was positive. I had the maximum radiation and am now on Arimidex. My urine has a peculiar odor which began about one year into the Arimidex therapy. I would describe it as a yeasty smell, but that's not really accurate. It's hard to describe….No other urinary tract problems. Any ideas fellow sniffers? 🙂

I am grateful for the FLOCK of cardinals that perched in the huge pine tree in my yard during the snowstorm last week. They took turns with the ther birds, feeding at the seed station. The brilliant red was astounding and I have been told that cardinals represent a visit from a friend or family member who has passed away. Whatever ~ I lost myself in their colors and flights to and from the feeder. The little females, so different in color gave me pause and some interesting free association thinking.

On the occasions that I am Forced to walk a distance or climb a lot of stairs I get short of breath. I AM LAZY!!! I have been trying to force myself to do at least 15 minutes walking the dog…That's it! And "Exercise is Medicine"! I know it! Woe is me ~ One day at a time, i suppose. THanks for the input.:)
