It’s not easy and takes tremendous discipline. I am just learning to put my health/ diabetes on a schedule w/ my Dr. NOT their schedule of 6 mo. a year or longer. I need to know my #’s. Constant focus on each meal and research of labels and new recipes to keep the variety going takes focus. And I feel so good < my 2 hrs. of ahhhh time activity. It all sounds so selfish but I don't like how I feel w/ out this discipline. Sometimes I need someone to help me just get through a tough, lazy day, too.
