Thanks so much for the information and your reply! Indeed….weight gain with having to eat so often! I do take a vigorous 30 minute walk each day, joined a gym in my town (for bad weather days) and take walks around my home and also during commercial on TV. I eat wisely….no empty calories and count carbs regularly. Also feel tired and nauseated when I don’t eat even though my blood glucose readings are well within the ‘normal’ range for me. Seems like I might have a food and calorie ‘absorption’ problem?? Clothes not fitting as before. I will check the links you have suggested. Thanks…glad to be a part of this group for help and support.
