Your "Add to your calendar" link doesn't import correctly, especially if you live in most of Arizona. It imports as a single event instead of a recurring one on the first Tuesday of the month; it also imports the time using the wrong timezone and ends up showing as starting one hour earlier than it should.

I looked at the file, as it's just a text file, and it has the start time as 22:00 UTC, which is wrong for most of Arizona, the time as you state (4 to 6 PM Arizona time) as most of AZ time never changes and is always the same which is why it has its own time zone ID. Right now, the rest of the mountain time zone states have switched to daily time back in March; most of Arizona did not. This should just use the the AZ timezone when defining the DTSTART and DTEND dates in the file, as well as use a RRULE.

So instead of this:

DTSTART:20241001T220000Z
DTEND:20241002T000000Z

It should be this, which includes the correct time zone ID and the reoccurrence rule:

DTSTART;TZID=America/Phoenix:20241001T160000
RRULE:FREQ=MONTHLY;BYDAY=1TU
DTEND;TZID=America/Phoenix:20241001T180000

Whatever you are using to generate that file should support this, as this is a very common functionality in most libraries that support ICS file generation.
