M-Saxteen is a Minnesota National Guard saxophone quintet from the 34th ID Band. They play a variety of musical styles and genres from jazz all the way to classical,. They also play at a variety of venues, civilian and military, including the State Capitol, major universities, convention centers, veterans homes and cemeteries.

The five members come from a diverse civilian backgrounds to serve as musicians in the Guard.

The group is lead by SFC Hanson, a medical photographer for Mayo Clinic, in Rochester.

Open to Mayo patients, physicians, students, administrators, and all other comers.
