Breast cancer is amongst the most common cancers and has affected many of the ones nearest and dearest to us. It is a disease without boundaries, one that cares little for who and when it strikes. The battle against this malady has spanned decades and in that time the value of research and advocacy have become undeniable.

Across communities, Making Strides has fundraised 76 million for breast cancer research grants and scheduled 3.2 million education and outreach interventions in under-resourced communities aimed at improving screening rates.
