Caring for the Caregiver Support Group meets weekly on Thursdays from 12-1 p.m. MT (Find your time zone.)
All caregivers welcome. The group is for caregivers, so we respectfully ask that patients not attend. Currently the group meets virtually via Zoom. Registration is not required.

I find lots of help for helping caregivers as they help love ones with mental problems. I don’t find much help for the caregivers themselves. Lot of sympathy help. Been to therapy, waste of time where I went. Sometimes just need a mental rest. Where I live there is not any professional help, too far from anywhere.
