I was reaching out to see if XIPHOID pain can be GERD related?

Hi @manojuan619, While you wait for members with experience to respond I thought I would share these related articles with you that I think support that xiphoid pain can be GERD related.

"Because of the location of the xiphoid process, oftentimes, xyphodynia can send practitioners pursuing alternate diagnoses such as GERD, helicobacter pylori-related ulcers, or other potential causes that are abdominal in nature."

in reply to @johnbishop Thank you for that article. Last year when I fell down I noticed that my Xiphoid was protruding from my chest area so I made an appointment with my doctor. It does not hurt, but I guess because I have lost so much weight, it is now quite visible. Initially, I had no idea what it was, and felt a bit "dumb" after being told not to worry about it. What do I know?

I personally think so. There are also two breastbone issues called "Teezy Syndrome" & "Costchronditis" that can be very painful. Praying for relief for you.
