Seeking treatment for pediatric X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD)

I am from nepal. My 8 Years old son and 4 years old son both are ALD patient. My 8 Years son seen symptom of ald. Docctor say his treatment is imposible. So what can i do? please help me.
