What treatment is best after Tymlos to lock in results
When done with Tymlos what is the best treatment to use to lock in results? Which one is safest ? Which has least side effects ?

I learned a lot from this video which was recently posted here. He has a chart during his presentation that is gold. It really made it clear to me what path(s) I could take.
@njx58 I am confused as to whether this presentation is by Michael Lavacot, a fellow patient, or is a video taken from this : " Recorded from BHOF Elaine Henderson's Bone Buddies live training session dedicated to osteoporosis patients, " as cited on the YouTube video. Whoever made the video cited three experts on osteoporosis, all MD's.
The video on YouTube has advertisements, about which I expressed concern previously. Michael replied that he did not receive any payment for this video.
This is all good information but I hope that people understand that Michael's reliance on Prolia is because he has no other options . He did Evenity with little gain and is unable to take Tymlos or Forteo due to hypercalciuria. So he doesn't have a lot of choices. Basically he is limited to anti-resorptives. This is not a typical case and I just hope that people don't emulate it.
My doctor does not use Prolia due to rebound risk, unless absolutely necessary, and Michael might be such a case .
I am wondering, for the rest of us, what the effect of long term Prolia followed by alendronate and /or Reclast is in terms of ONJ and atypical femur fracture. Do the anti-resorptives have additive or synergistic effects? And after 10 years will even Reclast fail to mitigate rebound loss of bone density and increase in fractures?
