From the pictures you attached, have you already had a knee replacement with titanium parts? Are you planning a revision with plastics or ceramic?
Yes, my doctor is at a loss what to do since I developed an allergy to titanium. l just found out that l was allergic to the metal since my TKR in 07/28/2020.
How did you discover this? I had my replacements in 2022. Because I am allergic to nickel my surgeon used titanium ( he did not test me me for this in advance). I have had burning and pain every day since at the bottom where the implant connects to my leg. My surgeon says that doing MRI or CT won't show anything because the waves will bounce of the metal. X-rays shoes that my implants are " in the right place".
Most of the Journey II knee implants don't have titanium but at least one of them does:

I don't have metal allergies (my new left hip has titanium) but the Journey II implant system is the one my surgeon is going to be using. I don't know which Journey II model because he told me he won't know until he gets inside and see how strong my ACL and PCL are and determines whether he can save my own or needs to replace the function.
I had the same problem. Nickel allergy. Pain and swelling. Revision surgery was done to remove nickel but did nit fix
Ray mri did not show the problem. So surgeon ignored my symptoms. After more than three years years I am in constant pain and no one has solution
